Xin Ying commenced her pupillage and continued practising as a legal associate at Messrs. Lee Lam & Tan before joining Donny & Ong in 2019.

During her pupillage and practice, she has been exposed and was involved extensively in practice areas including real property transactions, probate and letter of administration matters, family law matters as well as general litigation.

In January 2023, Xin Ying was promoted as a Partner with focus primarily in the real estate and conveyancing practice of Donny & Ong.
