Le Xin commenced her pupillage at Messrs. San Leong. Her legal career begun with her continuing practice at Messrs. San Leong until she left to join Donny & Ong in December 2021.

Prior to her pupillage, Le Xin has garnered experiences through legal attachments at Malaysian law firms involving training in conveyancing practices as well as family dispute matters. During the course of her pupillage, her main focus was in the litigation practice with extensive exposure and involvement in various civil disputes before the Courts of Malaya.
